Hi, does anyone have recommendations for Nyon, someone who guarantees their work for the final cleaning?

I've just had a terrible experience with Bozo Popadic at Brillant Net. After giving me a quote, I asked him to confirm by email the quote as well as the guaranteed. I've called twice and although my French isn't great, I've been able to communicate and definitely understood when he said he didn't want to work with me and suggested I find someone else. I tried to apologise in case I did something incorrectly, but for my protection, I wanted to make sure I had the devis in writing, as well as the guarantee, something he did not give me when he came to view the apartment. Beware of this company in the future.

Any suggestions for other professional cleaning companies who are in or would travel to the Nyon area. Unfortunately I need someone for next week so it's becoming rather last minute now.

I've just moved out from an apartment and I hired Domicil Service for the final cleaning (http://www.domicil-services.ch/english/).

They speak perfect English and their rates are reasonable (45chf per hour, while from other companies I got the mad quotation of 1'200chf to clean a 70m2 apartment!!!)

they are based in Rolle but work on the Geneva/Lausanne area.

The cleaning was very well done and yesterday I passed the check-out with the Regie  successfully.

Thanks again Federica for your recommendation. I worked with Antoine at Domicil and not only were their prices the most competitive, but they did a great job. I think they ended up cleaning even longer than their estimate was for, but theyd didn't charge any more. Everything looked great when I did the walk through at the end and they even pointed out a few things that may pose problems with the Regie, despite their efforts. Our Regie is notorious for being extremely picky and even when they themselves hired a cleaning company before we moved in, they made them come back again to redo certain areas so we were expecting this.

Antoine and his partner said to let him know as soon as we had our inspection and they would be available that day to take care of anything else that was needed. As expected, despite the place looking spotless, my Regie found a few small things that needed additional cleaning, but it was a huge relief because we were expecting a lot worse, just because of the Regie's strictness. I called Antoine and he spoke directly to the Regie to arrange a time to come by and re-do certain areas. I didn't need to coordinate anything else and everything was fine.

I would highly recommend this company, they're diligent, came back without a problem or an additional charge, sent a clear devis beforehand, etc.
