Anyone know what's wong with my mobile?

Ok thought I would try on the forum first as I won't be able to make it to the sunrise shop today. A number 2 has appeared in small yellow writing at top of my screen, never seen this before and not sure if it's coonected, but, when I try & make a call (even to my mailbox or sunrise helpline) I get an engaged tone, and a message comes up saying 'check network services'. I can receive phonecalls though... so, any help appreciated.

Hi , You don't mentioned the phone you are using , but it seems like this could be "Line 2" allowing you to call on a different line which may not be enabled . You need to revert back to Line 1 your user manual should tell you how

Oh thank you your a clever clogs, have just reverted bk to line 1 (not sure how I managed to flip to line 2 in the first place though) ;-)
And glad it is fixed now, cos i couldn't tell you what make my mobile was apart from it is a nokia and brown!
