Anyone work at Migros?

I have to write a business report on the organizational structure of Migros. My professor strongly urges me to conduct interviews.  I am having some difficulties gathering information in English.. Anyone here a Migros employee who wouldnt mind a few questions??

A friend of ours, who is actually born and bred in Birmingham UK was sacked by Migros when she reached the age of 50 because of "restructuring", so perhaps she would not be the best person to ask. At least they did not have the gall to make her "redundant"
