Do any non Swiss/EU citizen have experience with trying to obtain a B-2 visa to visit the U.S., while living in Switzerland? Does anyone know how strict they are here? Or what the success rate of B-2 approval is here? Any tips or advice on how to pass the interview...what extra documents to bring maybe? appointment is TUESDAY....any help would be appreciated!! Thank you :)

Since you are a US citizen, you are presumably inquiring on behalf of someone else ?

Yes, I am inquiring on the behalf of someone with Brazilian nationality, but has been living in Euripe the last 5 years.
