Just strange to see a advert on glocals saying 'Forks are for Wimps'. Catchy but insulting. Its should be 'Forks not required'
First Forks are often more hygenic then everyones hands in the shared food, dispite how carefull one is. I know that East african (Ethiopian/Eritrea) cuisine is eaten with a pancake is cultrually a way to bring the family and community together/closer, so I have no disrespect to that tradition/culture. Just I have been with two 'glocal/Geneva online' group that organized an activity dinner at Awash, I was shocked to see that of over 10 persons at the tables, I seen only 3 persons wash there hands before eating.
Just like for any Asian food, the chopstiks are really hygenic and best to use. But it take a bit of time to mastering the use of Chopsticks. Again, I would not say to someone that because you cant use chopsticks, you are then a wimp.
Maybe the 'Wimp' comment is to say something else?
