Are you a workaholic ?

Hello,

I am a local journalist (as well as an active member of Glocals) and I’m looking for a workaholic to interview. By that, I mean not just somebody who works a lot, but somebody that has an unhealthy relation with their job and can’t stop working, despite the negative consequences it has on their health and private life.

Are you in that case, and ready to tell me your story ? Send me a private message. Your testimony can be anonymous.

Thanks a lot

many people at CERN are like this ;)

although one can be a responsible workaholic, i.e. avoid "negative consequences it has on their health and private life" ;)

Good luck finding workaholics in Geneva Pierre.  Please also let us know if you happen to find any rocking-horse sh*t.

I don't know what qualifies as unhealthy (and I guess the threshold is different for everyone), but I work seven days a week. I am bootstrapping a startup in addition to my fulltime job (at CERN, like the gentleman above me), and that takes most late evenings and weekends.

(And yes, I am procrastinating on glocals right now, guilty as charged Laughing)

I'm currently turning (back) into workaholic - if I don't manage to reverse the process within a few weeks I'll contact you; in fact, oh no I won't because I'll be too busy at work!
