By that, I mean not just somebody who works a lot, but somebody that has an unhealthy relation with their job and can’t stop working, despite the negative consequences it has on their health and private life.

I don't know what qualifies as unhealthy (and I guess the threshold is different for everyone), but I work seven days a week. I am bootstrapping a startup in addition to my fulltime job (at CERN, like the gentleman above me), and that takes most late evenings and weekends.
(And yes, I am procrastinating on glocals right now, guilty as charged 
)

I'm currently turning (back) into workaholic - if I don't manage to reverse the process within a few weeks I'll contact you; in fact, oh no I won't because I'll be too busy at work!
