My policy is up for renewal in six weeks.  Can anyone recommend an insurance company who, in your opinion, offers outstanding customer service?  That would be a company that knows how to answer a phone, respond to an e-mail, and maybe even provide an English language call-center!

The car is on Swiss plates, so no issues there....
