I think one of the best book I have read regarding relationships .... is called  "he is not that much into you" (men can read it as "she is not into you") :)

it is a very funny book and it opens eyes on a lot of things we sometimes prefer to ignore ... when the relation starts to be too complicated for too long it is much better to change your partner, do not wait too much time what goes wrong today will be even worst in 2 or 3 years .... The biggest mistake I have ever made in my life was not to follow what my instinct was telling me to do ...I used to think "it is difficult but it will change, it will be better in 2 months" .... listen to that small voice in you ... the best advisor you can have

No Offense OMGirl - but the idea that someone would join a network, and Immediately ask people / strangers to send advice about vague relationship issues to her external email address strikes me as odd.

If anyone really wants to contact OMGirl I suggest they send her a message on glocals rather than expose their email address by sending her an external message.

If u need an advice: if there are problems in the relationship or smth u r not happy in the relation - better let it go

The questions we should be asking first before an advise are:

Do they have any kids together? How old is this relationship? Do u feel safe? what's ur expectations in a relationship? How old are u?

Every woman wants to get married( to my mental thought, like Beyoncé sings: If u like ur finger, put a ring on it) lol...

One thing we've to understand is that nobodies perfect, mostly men, everyday isn't christmas right? so the longer a relationship grows the less the thunder of love manifest itself. And to spark it up every now and then is to take alone vacations, do something new and miss eachother.(that's if u always do things together), let him with some freedom to catch up with friends and u should too.

No matter the advise others give u, it's always important to look into urself calculate ur heart rate and come up with a decision that makes u happy. And nobody can help u on that part. Relationship and marriage isn't easy, u've to agree to disagree, accepting ur differences without judgement.

Whoever this OMGirl chick is, she launched a funny stream of replies to her "strange" request - hey you gals/guys have humour.

Let's analyze OMGirl chick for a moment.  Let's imagine that with that pseudo name, she is an OM fan (Olympique Marseille for the non-football fans).  Sooooo, given the French team performance (threatrical that is, not on the pitch obviously), over the past week...she may very well have turned into an ostrich !!

There are not a lot of information about this relationship but anyway if you are both mature and adult you don't need to read books or watch a Tv show about this problems. The best thing to do is conversation between each other, to be open minded and to analize things that what is going on. Sometimes you need space to clear your mind and to understand where is this relationship is going.

You don't need to get advice by e-mail. I don't see the different between advices by e-mail and advices throw this forum. Anyway I don't want to analize if you are a guy or a girl but I liked this Thread and I'm giving my help.
