I've just had my card swallowed by the ATM at BNP Paribas in Ferney Voltaire. Will i be able to retrieve my card tomorrow ? Does anyone know the procedure?

You should immediately tell the bank staff if it is business hour. Otherwise, call the service line and go as soon as the bank opens. Regards!

Monday is probably a bank holiday, closed. You should call the 24 hour hotline and ask the bank, so they have a record.

If BNP doesn't have a phone line aimed a card problems open 24/7 then definitely hire another bank.

I should not have used the word "holiday", but a bank is normally closed on Monday. You should call their 24 hour service line and ask. I am not sure about BNP, but CA is closed Monday.
