You should immediately tell the bank staff if it is business hour. Otherwise, call the service line and go as soon as the bank opens. Regards!

Monday is probably a bank holiday, closed. You should call the 24 hour hotline and ask the bank, so they have a record.

If BNP doesn't have a phone line aimed a card problems open 24/7 then definitely hire another bank.

I should not have used the word "holiday", but a bank is normally closed on Monday. You should call their 24 hour service line and ask. I am not sure about BNP, but CA is closed Monday.
