In somewhat of a mid-life crisis moment, I have decided to go on a backpacking trip through Europe come summer. I am looking for any advise/tips/ideas/thoughts from all the folks on this wonderful website. I would specially like to hear from people who have done this sort of stuff before. I am a complete novice so any and all advise will be welcome.
