I would like to share our experience with UbeEats. Our food arrived damaged and cold. The appearance was very unexpected. Uber Support thinks that the appearance has not been affacted, please see below their answer

I know that not getting a price adjustment can be very upsetting. I appreciate that you provided us with images of the issue, but the damage you reported doesn’t seem to have affected the item’s appearance. We know that you’re not happy with how your dish looks, however we also understand that giving you a credit doesn’t prevent this from happening again.
We’re escalating your concern to the restaurant and your patience is greatly appreciated while we work to resolve the issue.
