Is it legal to have a barbeque on your balcony, I have heard it is frowned upon
but not illegal, is this true?

Electric grills are more or less tolerated. But a traditional grill with coal not. Don't know what the law says about BBQs on balconies.

it all depends on your neighbours or in my case neighbour!
when (shes) out the whole building is partying..when shes in its like..well kinda silent i think
