The Basel English Panto Group is proud to present our panto for 2013 "Beauty and the Beast". 5th till the 8th of December.

The Panto is a seasonal family show in English with singing, dancing and lots of humorous characters. The village of Springdale is under threat from the bad fairy Botoxia, her Toxic Monkeys and The Beast. Botoxia’s henchmen creep into the village and steal Dame Twiggy’s chickens. Our heroes set off into the forest to find them but are attacked and Belle is taken prisoner in the Beast’s Castle. However, Belle and the Beast form an alliance against Botoxia and finally liberate the village and the forest from her evil spells..

Tickets for the 5th of December have been kept at last year's prices and for the rest of the performances we have slightly increased the prices. All the money that we make from the shows are reinvested in the Verein and to support the Starehe Girls Centre in Kenya where we support 5 girls through their school days.

Two of the shows have already sold out and we getting very close to our largest ever audience. Help us break the 2000 people....only 130 more seats to sell and we will reach 2000.

For the best remaining seats I would recommend either the Thursday or the Friday shows.
