Hi,
I am looking for a great Auberge for dinner, somewhere between Gva and Gland (I know that Dully is good but have been there).
Any recommendations would be great
Also, has anyone tried Crassier?

If anyone missed it I was trying to be a Eurovision anouncer!
I like this thread, so I hope we get some more real local Auberge info

La Clef D'Or in Bursinel.
Fantastic food, a good local wine list with some reasonably priced wines on it, attentive (but not over zealous) and friendly service and a glorious view over the lake.
Best food and restaurant experience I have had in Switzerland.

Try the Auberge de l'Etoile in Duillier, nice terrace.
The auberge in La Rippe ( just north of Crassier) is excellent .. I would say the best quality food I've had in the region ..

I totally agree and recommend celigny's 'Buffet de la Gare' is one of the best experiences I have had in Geneva.
Also excellent is Lion d'Or, its just Hermance and is amazing.
Also top is Auberge des Hermance, its where the Rich go, just like Lion d'Or, very expensive but totally wonderful experience.
Want to try a resto that had a great reputation for 'traditional food' then try Cafe des Amis in Satigny. I would say its even better than the Auberge des Satigny. But others might disagree.

Auberge de l'Etoile in Duillier, Canton de Vaud. A bit far to drive, but d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y worth the effort. To die for delicious, with excellent wines and service and a breath-taking view over the lake, mountains and local chateau to top it all off nicely :o)
Bon appétit! - E.
