If you google/bing/yahoo/whatever a little bit you'll find lots of sites which post bike routes, eg:

IMHO though, it is easier to just take eg google maps and then say "that there looks pretty" and then plot some estimate route yourself, especially as google maps has bike options in some parts of Switzerland so that it prefers bikeable routes instead of car paths and one can use streetview in quite some parts to preview the route too ;)

You can use the Geneva bike map published by the authorities, together with pro-velo. It's free, you can get it from pro-velo, or from official info-stands (including I think, Pont de la Machine)

Is there a Glocals group who's meeting every Thursday for a bike ride? Is it possible to join your group and may I ask what the level is (I'm doing triathlon and looking for a group to do a 2 - 3 hr tour with once or a few times per week).
