Hi, I borrowed a city bike from a friend and before I return it I need to replace the back wheel tyre (dried up for lack of use by the owner, split open about an inch -you kind of see the chamber- when i used it). I wouldn't want to spend more for this basic repair than what a rental might have cost... Know any reasonable places to get it fixed? Thanks in advance
