At this time of year it'll be hard to find a place in a public or private creche, but if both parents are working, you might luck out.
You can find those that have been recommended by other families listed in the know-it-all passport to Geneva, Vaud and neighbouring France. www.knowitall.ch. Try also www.bumpsnbubs.com.
