Boring I know but necessary. I'm looking for bookkeeping software suitable for use in Switzerland. I've tried Cesar but they don't have a full English language version and worse, no-one there speaks English. Any ideas?

Epsitec's software might be in English but their website is definitely not, so I am hesitant...
