"Valid  for all menu items, except main course of half-entrecote, main course of cheese plate, main course of salad."

I believe that the main interest of this restaurant is exactly the enrecote.....so

not really understanding the attraction! or the "deal"

Wine & Beef specializes in Entrecot, and they have a smaller version of the main dish called the 'half entrecot'.  The coupon is valid for the entrecot dish, but not for the half entrecot.

Ok here is the first experience:

I went to Wine and Beef yesterday. We called to make a reservation since is what it says on the coupon and just to be on the safe side we mentioned that we have a buyclub coupon. The person said no problem.

So we have a nice dinner (more than 80chfs!) and at the end when the check came we gave them the coupon and some money. They did ask as to give them an email address but overall no problems at all. Definetely not made to feel cheap just because we used a coupon.

I dont know if they checked it or not but the waitress said she would be right back when we gave it to her so we waited a bit after we paid

We work very hard with each business we feature on BuyClub to ensure the business treats BuyClub users as they treat all other clients (and ideally even better!). I bought the yoga coupon. No small print or hidden terms and conditions, I just turned up, took a few classes and was treated the same as everyone else there. Really happy with the buyclub deal overall. More yoga deals please!

Are deals going to be run again?  I missed out on InnerCity Yoga and Misuji and really regret it.  Any possibility I'll get a second shot?

It's very likely we'll feature Misuji and Innercityoga again at some point, because those deals were loved by our members and by the Merchants. But I can't commit when.

@David - the coupons are not valid for online orders.

@Caroline - coupons do indeed have an expiry date.  The expiry date is shown on the deal page, on the 'My Coupons' page and on the coupons themselves.

My feedback regarding the Verbier day passes:

Went up there for a weekend with friends on the first half of December. We were probably the first group to use them and the cashiers were clearly not aware of the deal. It took them a while to go and show the vouchers to the management while we were waiting and people queuing up. They were also not sure if we could exchange two vouchers for a two day pass (which makes perfect sense), and they made us come back the next morning and queue again to exchange the second voucher. That could have been avoided. Other than that no other problems.

You might want to clarify these aspects upfront and make sure your partners inform their employees to make it a more enjoyable experience. Thanks.

We try to clarify all aspects with our partners before launching an offer, and to ensure that all staff is aware of the offer before sending out the coupon.

Sometimes questions we did not think of arise (like - can 2 coupons be exchanged for a 2 day pass) and sometimes a staff member is not informed of the offer properly.

These are things we'll keep working on and I'm sure we'll get better from deal to deal.

Hi Oded just to clarify: there were 4 cashiers seated in the same room that morning. Two of us went with the voucher at two different cashiers at the same time. They asked in the room if anybody was aware before going to the management. They were definitely not aware.

Other than that like I said no problem.

My husband used his Verbier passes earlier this week ( I bought one for him and one for a friend) and they had no problems. So it seems that the kinks have been worked out.

All cashiers at the Verbier main lift areas are aware of the BuyClub vouchers. But the cashiers at other lifts, incl Le Chable, are not aware of it. You can try speaking with the Le Chable cashiers, and see if they'll be willing to call their mates up in Verbier to get a quick green light. But I can't promise it'll work.

I fully agree with Amy. I bought the vouchers and had never done yoga on a regular basis but the classes were great and the teachers were so sweet and helpful... and no differentiation between 'buydeal or not buydeal'. Big success and I have now been able to discover what a great place innercity yoga is. Agree as well on the 'more yoga deals, please!'

Used 2 vouchers for different offers at The Clubhouse and they were delighted (only, they had run out of sausages for the Sunday brunch!). 9/10

Went to Restaurant de Parc des Bastions to use my voucher one lunchtime, only to find out that it was only valid for dinner, then was away the next week, so wasted my money (and more, actually, as I wouldn't have gone there for lunch without having bought the voucher). Guess I should have paid more attention.

Collected my Know-it-all Passport book without any hassle. 10/10

Looking forward to using my vouchers for the cheap bowling offer.
