Just a friendly warning on contract termination. I'm leaving country, and wrote notice of termination for end of Feb. Swisscom decided to be super efficient and canceled the contract on 31 Jan. While they agreed they made the error, they issued a reactivation start date of 7 Feb - no use to me at all. This is a warning to telecom consumers to talk to your providers and make sure they get the dates right. It's apparently quite complicated to flip a switch back on within the computer coding. Perfect example of efficiency over effectiveness. Gotta love it.
