Hi guys!
Are there any shops (e.g. Carrefour) across the border that accept Swiss Francs as a viable exchange? I am tired of having two currencies all the time.
Thanks!

Why not use a credit card? You can use it in most French shops, even for small amounts.

Yes. But you get the change back in Euro.
Certainly - of course the major supermarkets welcome local currencies. We live close to the Inter-Maaché in Lugrin and every weekend, there are dozens of Swiss registered cars in the carpark, with their owners loading up trolley-load of goodies inside the store.
Same applies to our local Lidl, and AFAIK, the Super U stores probably take francs too.
Keep shopping!!!

If you buy with CHF cash in France, you generally get horrible exchange rates. As Ritchie says, it's probably better with card.
