Hello all,
Here's something which may be a help to someone !A friend of mine told me that she had to pay over CHF 130.-- to Zurich for a day without the half price card !
Every commune has a certain number of carte journalier, for their o inhabitants. you pay a flat rate and it's valid for only one day and you can hop on the train to any destination in Switzerland.
You can call the city hall and ask where to get them in your commune. In Lausanne, you can get it at the Office de Tourisme at the gare and you pay CHF 40.-- per card, all you need is to provide your ID and proof that you do live in Lausanne. But only one card per person. As the number of cards avaiable is limited, it's first come first served.
I really hope that this information can be useful for someone.
