Camera repair - Canon EOS 30D

After being reduced to tears by the Canon site, and fobbed off by the local Canon dealer, I hope that someone could recommend a repairer to me. Preferably in Geneva, but not necessarily (will post if needed).

I smashed the display screen and it's protective layer recently, and would like to get it replaced. If possible, without having to take out a mortgage? Is it possible?

Thanks!

Go and ask them what to do in 'Photo Verdaine'

Place des Eaux-Vives 6
Genève, 1207
022 840 13 63

Have always found them very knowledgeable and helpful.

The 30D is discontinued, so parts may be hard to get. Looking at the 30D specs, buying a new body e.g. 550D or 600D might be the better choice.
