OK, I fudged the title, but the researchers originally title their study,
'Facebook Profiles Can Be Used To Detect Narcissism', a link to the article is below.
....researchers, whose results appear in the October issue of the journal Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, gave personality questionnaires to nearly 130 Facebook users, analyzed the content of the pages and had untrained strangers view the pages and rate their impression of the owner’s narcissism.
I have been reading some articles on the online social networking phenomenon and found the following article very interesting. While the researchers focused on Facebook, their may be some interesting parallels to this site. The study of our participation in these sites by researchers is yielding some valuable insights on our 'social psychology'.

my comment
I think the exercise of creating or modifying my personal profile is always entertaining, trying to give people an idea about who I think I am (perhaps would like to be?) with a dash of humor. Discovering the deeper meaning of our individual & collective interactions in this new medium, explains one reason why they are so popular, evolving and now providing researchers a new field of study.
