I guess you mean 'multi-city' when you say multiple bookings.
Try
www.lastminute.com
In that, Choose Flights, then choose 'Multi-city'.

Some people swear by E-bookers and some stay well clear. I guess it all depends on your particular needs.

And there’s also an old-style travel agency (with counter staff and all) in rue Adrien Lachenal in Geneva. I have friends who book all their travel there.

I use Trade Wings, each time I book with them, and it's usually cheaper than what I find on the internet.
