Can anyone tell me how to start a business in France but have clients in Geneva also?

Hi there,

Was looking inot starting a business in Geneva. It looks like I will have two choices, to remain living in Geneva for the sake of having a business there (which I don't wish to do as am looking to move across the border to France) or register a business in France which is fine but only as long as I can still have Geneva peopel as my clients.

Is there anyone out there who is currently in this situation and can tell me how you achieved success? Also whom can I speak to in France about registering a business and the legalities of it?

Tam....of course you can have clients in Geneva whilst being based in France.... if companies were restricted to having clients only in the country they are based then there would be no cross border trade....

Im based here and have clients all across the globe....

You can have clients in Switzerland while your business is registered in France but it's regulated especialy if you employ people and they have to cross the border.

What type of Business are we talking about?

I'm in the opposite situation I'm French, auto-entrepreneur and liviing in France but now considering moving my Business to Switzerland for more freedom.
