You can buy oil at any gas station. I don't know what other accessories you're looking for, but Jumbo (in either Meyrin or near Coppet) has a decent selection.

Car oil can purchased "cheap" at Carrefour. I think 28 euro for 5 liters.
You pay 24 to 30 CHF for 1 liter at the gasstation.
