This is the modern version of such a cabinet, used by architects. 20 years ago at least, now it's all digital. You should still be able to buy them, although I have no clue where/how.
If you prefer the wooden version, I think you just have to be lucky to find it in an antiques shop/fair/market. Try to Google 'antiques suisse' and see if you find anything that's near enough to visit.
