I have a question regarding legal proceedings and well-being of a child. His parents made a mess out of his life and I m seriously wondering what are the legal options, and what would be in the best interest of such child. It is quite complicated and sad story, that I can explain in privat. If anyone is of the above specialists, or knows some, I would really like to get a second opinion.
