Has anybody used this site to get tickets ever ?
If yes, please let me know.
I just want to check before going ahead and give 300 chf ...

Read this article about the documentary called the "Great Ticket Scandal" and decide for yourself whether you want to go ahead.
I saw the documentary and it certainly was an eye opener, they talk about Coldplay Concerts in particular. I saw them in Basel (tickets bought at a decent price) and they were great despite the pouring rain so I guess it's up to you.
