I have recently purchased a big fridge and a cooking stove from Conforama and paid for delivery fee respectively. I have heard that they may just delivery the products to the door and leave. But I do need them to put in the kitchen and plug in and see if everything works well.

I had a couch/bed delivered and they took downstairs and assembled - had no need to ask. They were very helpful.

i have had a big freezer delivered by conforama. they not only place it where you want ( reember a fridge needs to remain stable and turned off for 24hrs before you turn it on) but they also took all the boxing/cartons away with them.
