Does anyone know of a webiste for Consumer Rights. A friend brought a Smart Wheel in October 2015 and has given it to my son since she has moved back to the US. However I have found out they are illegal to use in Switzerland. Since I have the guarantee until October 2017 can I return it to Manor and get a refund. Any advice really appreciated

As far as reimbursment is concerned you don't have a leg to stand on. Smartwheels are not illegal to use in Switzerland, you can use them on your own private property for example.
