I need to organize my contacts !!!
Can you advise me on a simple and preferably free CRM (Contact-Relatinship-Mgmt) tool which:
- works on- and off-line
- can be imported/exported to/from an excel file
- stocks basic info: names, phones, mails, addresses, etc. + allows to add other/ customized criteria (country, language, type of contact, common interests, etc.)
- allows to add follow up notes after call / e-mail, meeting, etc
- ... and other important functions which I might miss
