@Alfonso, what type of pain u wish to be alleviated at? If there is legit therapist doing Rofling here, it might be needful to ask for real testimonials. Debates abt efficacy vis-a-vis risks has not died down.

I'm studying on my own these disciplines and I was asking myself if is there someone on glocals that do the same, or is already an expert!

"Sometimes from thing born thing" :-D This is an italian expression, has a sense in english? I don't know :-D

Thank you Aries!  Do you practice some disciplines like these one?

WinkI didn't understand the Italian expression. But that's alright.

No, I don't practice Rofling. I have structural scoliosis. Pain, for me, has become an everyday occurence to live with. Alternatives to releive chronic pain are acupunture and chiropracty.

Don't laugh but I use yoga and belly dancing to strengthen my back.Laughing I realized a strengthened muscle keeps the pain away.

You should read this book.... is really interesting!

Martin Brofman - "Anything can be healed"

Usually we put in our back things that we don't want to see.

Where do u do yoga? I like a lot!

is expensive the place where u go?

I used to do a course near the station on saturday morning. 3 hours! is really good!

HI Alfonso,

For craniosacral therapy and bodywork (with experience in Rolfing work) please check out:

arthurhsmith.com

lifemotivations.ch

The first is my website. Yes, I am self promoting but your interest is right up my alley. I have practice with a background in many techniques...I used to teach massage and bodywork in San Francisco (am a practitioner for 20 years) and recently started a practice here in Geneva. Even if you would simply like to learn more (rather than get on the table) - I am happy to engage in a conversation.

By the way, at Life Motivations you will find that Martin Broffman is promoted (even though he is not someone I followed) so you might like vib there. They

Take Care, Arthur

I can personally recommend Grinberg!! It helps deal with painful symptoms as well as identify recurring behaviour from a physical viewpoint. I am following the professional training at the moment and it rocks :)

Here's a link you check out for info www.grinbergmethod.com

Or message me for more info, I'll answer with pleasure!
