I recently heard that UBS bank does not offer the service of a "personal loan" !? - whether you are Swiss born or Permit xxx.
It would be interesting to find out what falls under the category of 'personal loan'.... and if other Swiss banks carry the same policy ?

We got a car leasing loan ok with GE but BCGE would not lend to us until we had been here I think 1 or 2 years (can't remember which)
