CrossCheck is an application of the Foundation for victims of road RoadCross. The purpose of this application is to report crosswalks considered dangerous.

Whether you are a pedestrian, motorist, biker or cyclist, you can, thanks to CrossCheck, help improve road safety in Switzerland. Simply point, under the guise of anonymity, crosswalks with you as a threat, whether in terms of lighting, location, access, distance or the behavior of road users.

I got it in French so I'm not sure if it's also in English. Just give it a try.
