I am getting a ton of emails about the confusion of the Geneva Curry Club, so I just wanted to post a quick few lines to make things clear.

I run the Geneva Curry Club as a social non-profit event, mainly for expats that want to meet for a beer and a curry to have a laugh, network, make friends, and even marry as has happened twice so far...!

The Glocals member 'Swiss' aka Helen from the Geneva Running Club, also does a curry night, which started as a running club curry - and now just gets posted as 'Curry Night'... which casues huge confusion.

I do not mind too much, but it would be easier if Glocals members could tell the difference at a glance - So I'm happy to make the change on Glocals posts, I'll simply put a 'Link' so that you go to the sign up on the website instead: http://www.curryclubgeneva.org/next-curry.html - then when you go to the curry club website, all will be clear.

So in conclusion, there's more than one curry activity going on, but there's only one Geneva Curry Club - hopefully this now makes things clear. I don't think it's a rivalry thing, Helen does call me sometimes to check our night's don't clash - but maybe if Helen title's her night out as a 'Running Club Curry' I won't have to keep explaining to people that it's not me.  And life would be easier.
