I was just reading the reviews from TOM about the Clinique Dentaire de Genève (http://www.glocals.com/guides/biz/Clinique-Dentaire-de-Gen--ve). His was the third and their average was 1 out of 5. I wanted to see the other one-star reviews.

The second one caught me off-guard:

"So they are back here on Glocals with a negative review! They also are at Rue de la Gabelle in Acacias and on Avenue de France.

Our experience was disastrous, but glocals deleted the negative reviews, ours and others.

We complained to the dentists' association in Geneva and the Clinique Dentaire disappeared from glocals. Hopefully, this negative review will now remain."

Nir/Oded - why was this business and its reviews (at least one of which was negative) removed from the Guides?

I'd like to know that too. It would be too easy if poorly rated businesses had the right to censor negative reviews.

Can you delete a business or service that you've added and then submit it again using the same or a similar name? That would be one way of getting rid of negative reviews.
