So if you remember my last post was on some simple tips for keeping the fat at bay. I read a really interesting article last week by Ryan Andrews at precision nutrition.
The take away on this article really hones in on one of my key principles in life, which is Moderation and Variety are the pillars for a long and healthy life. When I talk diet, I dont mean whatever the fad diet is this week, I am talking about a food strategy. Now some people take this to the extreme in terms of eating too many calories, or eating too much processed foods, and others may take it too far in the other direction, somewhere in the middle must be the answer!
