Sorry Filipe,  I'm with Jenny on this one, shes a good friend, and I see no reason why she would make up any stories.

As to the rest of the wolf pack, well, remember we are all foreign here, all using the common language of English (which for many is far from mother tongue)  so misinterpretation of words, meaning, and syntax is rife, and hence arguments will always appear... having the strength to see through that and not add fuel to the fire is a skill many should learn on international forums.

Since I don't know you, I would simply say that Its easy enough to validify yourself to Oded without everyone knowing... but thats up to you, whether you choose to or not.

If you do, great, if not, you will for sure join Hayes in Etherland.... your call...

Felipe - I guess this came about from your "getting over your ex" post as it seemed to stir up a real hornet's nest (for some).

However, nobody is entitled to judge whether or not someone else is "really such a bad person" (I personally think Rupert Murdoch's a "really, really bad person which I believe is spelt "w.a.n.k.e.r" but as the rest of the world also feels that way, it doesn't count), so I don't  get the reason for this new post.

As long as YOU know you're not "really such a bad person" and you didn't "hurt somebody" then take all the nasty comments and personal attacks for what they are - i.e. people who do not know you, having a "pop" at you because that's what people on forums sometimes do.

If they are people who do "know" you (not necessarily in the biblical sense - but that's a whole new topic!!) then deal with it personally between you and him/her.

It one of the hazards of joining forums.  You take the rough with the smooth and either way you get over it, absorb or dismiss and move on.

But the new photo is an improvement :-)

PS - if you say "please feel free to share your opinion" - then that is EXACTLY what people will do.  Forewarned etc....

You need to understand no one gives a toss if you stood someone up but I think the issue that bothers most people, myself included, is that "Filipe" doesn't exist and is contacting women on the internet using a fake profile! 

Actually, if it is you, Filipe, and as you maintain you have nothing to hide, take a picture of yourself now with a copy of today's Tribune de Genève and post it now. If it matches the profile pic, and you'll be fully vindicated and I'll be the first one to apologies.

Anything else as Dina said just smacks of desperation and would serve to render yourself persona non grata with everyone on Glocals.

I thought the whole plot was really entertaining and must say I have followed the thread with more interest than I ever felt for any soap opera. I am eager to know the end of the story now, guilty or not guilty... although I have my idea on the subject but I leave it for the CSI team to find out.

Tell me about it! By the end, I was considering stopping work for the afternoon, making some popcorn and just enjoying the show. A pity it had to end when it did.
