Hello, I bought the the Swisscom TV box a couple of weeks ago when Buy Club had a promotion. Apparently there was a 75 swiss franc credit in the the promotion. Does anyone know how this works?? I didnt get a voucher or anything.

Hi Shezleen and thanks for using BuyClub,
It was a SwissTV box, not a Swisscom box, and if you did not get the email with details about how to activate your CHF 75 credit, please call SwissTV at 0800 77 88 88 and ask for Laurence or Arnaud - they will walk you through the process of activating your credit.
In general, if you have questions about a BuyClub offer, contacting us directly via the 'Feedback' tab on BuyClub.ch than by posting the question on the forums.
