Adjusting to life in Switzerland can be difficult. The transition from life in one country to another can take a tremendous toll on your energy level and your personal life. If you feel that it has begun to interfere with getting things done or making connections, it may be helpful to seek some additional support.

I am an English-speaking American clinical psychologist who operates a small therapy practice in Lausanne. I enjoy working with clients who are facing any number of issues but I find it particularly rewarding to work with those who are encountering difficulty transitioning to life in Switzerland.
