There has been rumors of an operation in the United states that has existed for four or five decades consisting mostly of mass media and entertainment industry people involved in a terror operation working with the UK mass media and entertainment industry. These two governments represent two of the most prominent members of the UN with the UK even having a member in the human rights council and the UN requesting the USA be involved. Also the UN headquarters is based in the USA.

Must be top secret if only you know about these rumours. Would put that up with the CIA flying planes into the Twin Towers (not the case, by the way (in case you're confused)).

That was a bunch of symbolism as the USA was getting involved in their war on two fronts. The front having to do with the world trade centers was referring to the domestic terrorism victims being acknowledged. It was on september 11 because they were using double speak to refer to the emergency 911 system and the people who had called in to the number after being attacked. They designed a huge charity and hired a bunch of celebrities and politicians to man the telephones asking for money from donors. The fall guys I am referring to are the people who were set up to be perpetrators for this american extravaganza claiming that americans might care for victims of abuse and violence. The truth is that Americans were lying to the planet earth and trying to present an image that the world could trust the USA. These fall guys I am talking about were major abuse victims themselves who were subjected to an environment that truly amounted to mind control and peer control so that their behavior was manipulated to serve a purpose. The people who manipulated these fall guys tried to murder these guys, exposed them to toxic chemicals all over their bodies, tried to castrate them, drive them to depression and suicide, tried to drive them insane, tried to exert enough mind, peer, and behavioral control to manipulate them into committing targeted violent acts on unsuspecting peers. Then they had the entire US government and the mass media as well as NYC get involved in the act to make it look like these guys were terrorists so they could profile them on tv and profit from their stories without being legally obligated to pay the true victims by spinning the stories to make them look like perpetrators.
The news media hired all sorts of federal and local government employees to protect their ability to generate illegal revenues and to write laws to alter the laws to favor this effort. The judges and US attorneys in the cases denied due process to those being set up denying their rights to the evidence that would have proven them innocent just so the USA could throw a ridiculous party celebrating their terrorism as if it were legal. The publishing industry offered lucrative no risk book deals to numerous high profile politicians so their writers could continue to profit from what is really the American terrorism industry. They bribed off huge numbers of law enforcement to taint any evidence against them and to assert claims of justification for their actions in an effort to further insulate the USA from being exposed for a federally facilitated global terror program. It seems that it was a grass roots effort with multinational contributions with many based in the UK designed to assert that the USA and the UK deserve to be global leaders on certain issues.
The closest the US government came to offering these guys assistance was to suggest they go to local legal aid groups for advice therefore degrading their issues to being perpetrators when the US government was well aware they were the actual victims. There are programs in the USA providing victims compensation to people in these situations but the US government refuses to acknowledge these fall guys as victims preferring to continue to allow the mass media to promote them as terrorists as long as the mass media protects the false image of the USA. The movie industry, advertising industry, and the journalism industry frequently publish materials directly addressing the plight these victims are experiencing. These same industries frequently hold expensive fund raising functions for the politicians who are protecting them for making illegal monies. As a matter of fact every penny that fox news has generated in the fifteen years since it opened it has essentially only been generated by reports outlining the setting up these fall guys.
