There are 2 major pet store chains that may have what you're looking for.
* Qualipet: there's a store in Meyrin (next to Mediamarkt), and one in Carouge but that one had a fire a while back and I don't know if they re-opened.
* Fressnapf: on the road that runs from IKEA to Vernier.
Both chains also have stores in Aubonne if that suits you better.
