We are moving to Geneva in August and are bringing our dog with us. I was wondering if there are any good parks to let dogs run around off leash and/or if there are any organized "Doggy Play Days" in or around Geneva?

there are loads of parks in GVA ... but...
after a series of 'accidents' where kids were mauled by dogs, you are now required to have your dog on a leash at all times, with a muzzle as well, i believe (but this may have changed for certain dogs, seen as there was a huge outcry at the time).
there ARE parks that are 'reserved' for dogs: fenced in, where your dog can run around as much as it wants. there's one just behind the Federation for the Red Cross on Route or Chemin des Crets. there are more, i'm sure, but i have no idea where...
good luck!
