My labrador goes to Stillwagon in Laconnex and all the staff there are very kind and interested in dogs mine is always happy to go. I have also used Animaux Passions I think and was very happy there too its location that made me change.

I would love to walk your dog. I have owned dogs my whole life. I know I can give your dog the love and attention it deserves! I love pets. I am more than willing to walk, feed.I am looking for a family that needs help with their pets whether it be for an hour or a week, I'm open to any job!  I also have always had cats! I'm looking at the Stillwagon site and can't find any information about rates or boarding. Can you share the usual boarding fees you are charged?

The rates I am paying at APS 74 are 39 Euros per day (for 2 dogs) (out of holiday periods) or 49 Euros (in holiday periods).

Although the kennel is a bit of a pain to get to, I consider it worth it as after the trial night the dogs were very happy as were the owners of the kennels. The prices are very much on a par on what we paid in Australia - in fact I think it is probably better as it is a more intimate size and the owners appear really caring and love what they do.

Dear Jeff,

Slightly off the topic - we are bringing our dog with us to Geneva from Australia. Just wondering how your dogs were with the long journey. We are going through a professional pet moving company but any tips or thoughts would be appreciated! Our dog is just over three years old and she is a Keeshond.

Our 2 survived the trip really well. They arrived full of beans and were as pleased to see us as we them !!

We to used a professional pet transport company (Pet Carriers International) and we were extrememly happy with their organisation and communications. Their transport crates were 1st class as well.Due to logisitcs we had to board them with these guys for 2 weeks before they left so whether that had anything to do with how easy it was I am not sure. I also think that if all your paperwork is up to scratch and properly completed it also makes it so much easier at this end as well - we were advised when and where they were arriving and just went out to cargo area at airport and awaited the excited yelps !!

All in all our worries were all for nought - they are now very happy Genevoise !!

Dear Jeff,

Thank you for your reply. We all arrived safely and after a lot of waiting around (there was some confusion and misplacement of our dog's papers) we finally got to see her and et her free from the freight cage! She was very tired after the big trip from Melbourne but she seems to be back to her usual self now.
