a friend of mine had a dream that when he opened his dishwasher everything was dirtier and muckier than when he had loaded the machine. For those of u good at psychology, what does it mean???

situations in his life that have come about due to his actions or decisions he has taken, that he has to deal with, sort out, and not expect them to be done for him without any effort, the more he leaves them, the worse they will get.

DJ Symcard has one good interpretation. Another interpretation rests on self esteem.
He could be feeling like he is being given tasks to do, but just as he is getting them completed, that he discovers that they are not, or have unpleasant implications that he was not truly aware of.
In particular this would strike me as being related to work - he could either be feeling like he only gets the mucky jobs to do (skills not appreciated and used), that tasks he is given come with a political subtext, or perhaps that the tasks he is given are always so much more complicated than he is told when he gets them. (perhaps a lack of all information needed to complete the job)

Feel like you have goals, but just as you are starting to get close, something always comes up to prevent you reaching it?
or... feel like the ups and downs in your life are happening to you without you having any say or control over them?
