Maybe you now some hidden places (or banks) who doesn't take huge commission for exchange and have good rates? I'd appreciate any advice.

One of the best rates you can get is Lyland Finance, rue du Mont-Blanc 24, just beside the Café de Paris.

Change Migros doesn't take commission I think.

As far as I know, only the exchange offices in train stations and the AE express counter at the airport take commissions.
I don't think the licensed banks take commission (Change Migros, Change du Cendrier and Lyland don't).

You get more for your money across from the train station, then by Starbucks there are 2 money exchange place there...The train station, airport, Migros etc. are no good they change too much .. Good luck

@Bob New Jersey: That's the one: on the Starbucks (café de Paris and McDonalds) side, you have Lyland.
The one on the other side is (usually) slightly less advantageous.

this is so true. I spent a while ago a whole day walking from one money exchange to another, throughout all Geneva city, and this one had definitely the best change, i had to wait in line for my turn, so appereantly also other people believe that.

Migros change always has best rates, even more so if you need to change more than 1000chf!
