Easter in Beruit

So myself and a few pals decided to give it a go and are heading to Beruit for easter.

Any must do, must see things people can suggest?

Provisionally I am thinking Baalbek Roman ruins and potentially a morning diving. But if any of you have been and can suggest touristy things to do, resturants, partys/bars/clubs etc. I am all ears!
