Employing Interns

Morning all, i'm after a little bit of advice.

I am in the process of setting up a business in Geneva and as with all businesses in the early stages there is an awful lot of donkey work and information gathering to do.

This work would be excellent experiance for an intern and i was wondering if anyone knew if there were any rules, regulations or procedures that needed to be followed to employ interns or is it just a simple case of advertise/sift/employ?

It will be at least three months until i am in a position to appoint anyone but any knowledge or advice would be greatly appreciated
